Returns/Refunds:
Items may be returned for a store credit only if the item is defective. To return a defective item, please notify us via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt. Once your request has been received, and approved, you must return it back to us within 5 days (you will be responsible for the return postage after 5 days). Please note that the returned item must be found in the same condition in which it was sent. Once an item has been worn and/or removed from the original package will not be accepted for a return. A refund will be issued via store credit or original form of payment after the item has been inspected and the terms stated have been met.
Shipping
All items are verified and processed within 7-10 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. At times, we may be experiencing a high volume of orders, which as a result can delay shipping. Please allow additional transit days for delivery during that time. We will notify you via email if a significant delay in shipment is expected.
